Refund policy
Cancellation
You have the right to request cancellation for an order placed. You may cancel your order at no cost any time before the order has been processed. If the order has been processed and not shipped, we may charge a nominal cancellation fee to bear the processing cost. If order is cancelled after order has been processed and shipped, Brown Rush Coffee will charge a cancellation fees in lieu of the charges borne by it to cancel such order on your behalf.
Return and Refund
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request return and refund within two (2) working days from date of delivery of product by writing to us at cc@brownrushcoffee.com with the subject ‘Please refund my order’. We will get back to you at the earliest with a decision.
If the product is damaged, we will analyze the damage and issue a full refund. Please write to us at cc@brownrushcoffee.com with the subject 'Received damaged product'. We will get back to you at the earliest with a decision.
Our payment service providers will initiate a refund of your order amount to your bank account within ten (10) working days.
In case of chargebacks, Brown Rush Coffee will furnish information to the relevant payment service provider pertaining to the completion of transaction and/or delivery of product to you within five (5) days of receiving the chargeback notification.
